Where Are You? A BeMo Guided Journaling Session on Coping, Choice & Awareness
The Inner ‘Then’ vs. Inner ‘Now’: A Renurturing Deep Dive
Thank you for meeting me here in your bravery to discover more about yourself and The BeMo Practice.
I am Cassandra Stark. I am the creator of The BeMo Practice and BeMo products.
These sessions are like group therapy for the SOUL rather than the situation.
In these workshops, I like to take things that seem surface level and guide us all deeper - adding to our KNOWING using the framework from the BeMo Journal. In guiding yourself through this practice, a BeMo Journal will be required to Know how to break it down using the FUNCK Method.
In live events, my job is to hold that space for you to spend more time with yourSELF than perhaps you ever have and to allow you to find your inner strength and healing voice through your experience as part of the guided BeMo journaling session.
Each of these events is different and will serve you in different ways while teaching you how to hold that space for yourself to rely wholly on your own practice - knowing how to sit with parts that repeat and knowing how to brave allowing yourself to unearth the messages within.
As a reminder these events are never recorded for your privacy.
Below are the notes I wrote and used for guiding our June 1 online BeMo Journaling Session. Please use this text to reference any notes or reminders you feel are needed as part of your journey, or come here again to guide yourself through this practice as needed. If you have not attended a guided BeMo Journaling event - online or in-person - there is nothing quite like it. We break it down so you can break through - finding safety through community. You can find our next event dates at BeMoJournal.com/events.
How many of us pinpoint a problem in our lives - on or off paper - and then our first words to ourselves are, “I know I just need to…”
Need to… should… have to… are all clever ways in which we have masked limited beliefs about ourselves, our worth, the worth of our time or actions, and more. Speaking to ourselves in this way promotes a sense of blame or shame - outward or inward.
As a result you end up burned out, anxious, and struggling with the energy needed for the things that serve you.
Less connection. More just click, scroll, mindlessly lounge near loved ones rather than feeling reinvigorated, served, and energized by our choices.
Before now, maybe you may have reached burnout and thought - it’s my job or my relationship or you blame yourself for a sense of control rather than a prolonged empowerment.
Maybe you believe your only choice is to fix it or deal with it. That’s why we talk about how BeMo helps you go from feel-and-deal to feel-and-heal. It gives you the structure to go deeper with practice.
